Opportunity for professionals in Accounting Sciences, Administration, and Financial Management Join **MACRO**! **MACROMAQ** operates in the sectors of forklift sales, construction machinery, lifting platforms, replacement parts, technical assistance, equipment rental, and logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Generate and verify financial reports; * Process payment settlements and perform bank reconciliations; * Monitor delinquency, conduct collections, and negotiate with customers; * Negotiate payment terms and monitor outstanding invoices with suppliers; * Execute payments via DDA, TED, and bank transfers (subject to authorization); * Issue bills, duplicate copies, and receipts; * Update the cash flow spreadsheet (receipts and commitments); * Transmit banking files and monitor remittances; * Support the control and organization of financial documents. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Financial Management; * Strong learning ability and communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); **This is our agreement:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00\- lunch break from 12:00 to 13:12 * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance or food voucher: R$ 24.15 per working day\- with R$ 1 payroll deduction * Life insurance: So you can live peacefully, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
