Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Analyst to ensure the integrity, standardization, and quality of the data base, strategically engaging in system parameterization and supporting key departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in system parameterization and support to key departments. 2. Management and standardization of the customer, supplier, and product master data base. 3. Interface with IT and other departments to continuously improve processes. We are a group of companies with 24 years of experience in the Brazilian and LATAM markets, operating in the chemical, technology (equipment), and food additive sectors. We seek a **CONTROLLER ANALYST** to ensure the integrity, standardization, and quality of the group's data base, strategically engaging in system parameterization and supporting the Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments. **Responsibilities:** * **Data Management:** Perform review, updating, and standardization of the entire master data base (customers, suppliers, products, and services), ensuring accurate codes and descriptions. * **System Parameterization:** Carry out configurations and technical integrations in the **Senior ERP**, ensuring correct information flow. * **Strategic Interface:** Represent the master data area with the IT team and other user departments, collaborating to continuously improve internal processes and workflows. * **Operational Support:** Support the Procurement and Logistics teams with up-to-date data and assist various group companies in tasks relevant to this position. * **KPIs and Compliance:** Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure all processes comply with internal policies and the **LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018)**, safeguarding full data confidentiality. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this role. **What You Bring:** * Proven prior experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in the master data area. * Proficiency in the **Senior ERP** system and **Advanced Excel**. * Solid knowledge of invoices and taxation. * **Intermediate English** (technical reading and basic conversation). * Profile with systemic vision, discipline, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills. **Work Location:** São José \- Barreiros **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
