You will also conduct visits, assist in operational routines, and contribute to agile, efficient service focused on closing deals and achieving established goals. **Responsibilities and duties** **Service:** Serve members and the community within the agency premises. Help identify business opportunities, receive service requests, and when issues are low-complexity, resolve them or direct members to the channel that provides the best service experience. Support guidance so members make better use of available products and technologies. **Prospecting:** Identify opportunities for new business, prospect new members, and refer them to Business Managers. Conduct initial member service. Welcome and attend to members and the community, directing them to the channel—physical or digital—that provides the best service experience. **Collections:** Support credit operation collections in cases of default and within negotiation deadlines, according to business area guidelines, aiming to recover lent capital. **Relationship Channels:** Promote member interaction with self-service channels to increase efficiency and guide members toward digital solutions. Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change for members, offering guidance to best utilize available digital services. **Integration of New Members:** Support, when necessary, the integration process of new members by clarifying basic questions and introducing relationship channels. Likewise, explain about Sicredi, aiming to engage members with cooperative values. **Community Agent:** Occasionally support cooperative events, collaborating with organization and promotion of cooperative values. **Financial Transactions:** Assist in processing services such as receipts, payments, various inquiries, opening, closing, and cash control at the teller terminal.
