Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing automation and operational intelligence solutions, creating and maintaining AI agents and system integrations, documenting processes, and training users. Focus on identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving processes. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for developing automation and operational intelligence solutions, creating and maintaining integrations and AI agents, documenting processes, training internal users, and monitoring performance indicators and improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: \- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose intelligent, scalable solutions; \- Design, develop, and maintain automations in n8n; \- Create, evolve, and maintain AI agents applied to sales, operations, and data; \- Develop integrations between systems (CRM, ERP, internal and external APIs); \- Collaborate with Intelligence & Performance and Operations teams to identify new automation opportunities; \- Document workflows, create technical manuals and standards; \- Train internal users on automation usage and best practices; \- Perform continuous monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance of workflows; \- Monitor performance, failures, and improvement opportunities. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Ability to identify real business problems and translate them into automations; * Practical experience with n8n (creation, maintenance, and scalability of workflows); * Proficiency in APIs, HTTP, Webhooks: authentications, headers, and JSON; * Experience in creating and maintaining AI agents; * Integrations between CRM, ERP, and internal systems; * Knowledge of automation programming languages: JavaScript and Python; * Strong organizational skills for technical documentation and standardization; * Security, stability, and scalability mindset. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with: WhatsApp APIs, commercial process automation, and RAG (vector databases, embeddings); * Experience in high-operational-demand environments; * Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams; * Proactive and analytical profile; * Ability to teach and disseminate knowledge. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal Allowance; * Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruits; * Health insurance (after 90 days); * Dental insurance (after 90 days); * Pet health insurance (after 90 days); * Pharmacy benefit plan (after 90 days); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Gym membership; * Birthday Day Off. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Palhoça **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Business hours
