Job Summary: A cleaning and maintenance professional responsible for maintaining hygiene and organization in the company's internal environments, including pantry and kitchen services. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the company's internal environments 2. Maintaining hygiene on doors, windows, and handrails 3. Preparing and serving coffee, snacks, and sanitizing kitchen utensils **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in the company's internal areas, ensuring upkeep and conservation of common-use environments; * Clean restrooms using appropriate products, and replenish/restock toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, and other items; * Maintain routine hygiene and cleaning of doors, windows, handrails, and other surfaces; * Pantry and kitchen services (preparing and serving coffee and snacks, sanitizing kitchen utensils, etc.); * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Proven experience in Cleaning and Maintenance activities; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
