Responsibilities: * Issue Electronic Invoices in compliance with current legislation, including goods and services. * Verify and validate tax data on invoices, such as tax rates, NCM, CST, and tax calculation bases. * Record incoming and outgoing invoices in the ERP system, ensuring correct tax classification, CFOP, and taxation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). * Assist in the preparation and review of Sped Fiscal and Sped Contributions. * Maintain proper control and filing of invoices and tax records. * Attend to suppliers and customers for corrections or reissuance of invoices and bills.
