Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, contributing to skill and knowledge development in the field of observability. Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and align expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** In-depth knowledge of observability, monitoring, and data analysis tools, with focus on cloud environments and microservices architecture. Proficiency in implementing and optimizing monitoring systems, such as Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Log Management. Analytical ability to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in collaborative environments. Relevant certifications in data and observability tools will be considered a plus. **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
