




Customer service; registration with health insurance providers; preparation of billing procedures based on health insurer information; archiving of digital and physical documents; contacting health insurance plans and customers; updating spreadsheets with customer, therapy, and insurer data; preparing and completing spreadsheets; ensuring receipt of therapy authorization forms from customers; ensuring submission of requested reports and documents; collecting signatures on authorization forms and other documents; requesting reports from professionals; printing documents and authorization forms; issuing and managing invoices for billing to health insurers and customers; entering monthly billing forecasts into the system; accessing health insurers’ TISS systems and monitoring authorization form approvals; completing authorization forms and other forms; delivering delinquency notices; communicating treatment interruptions; performing initial collection of outstanding amounts; receiving payments. Communicates with the finance department regarding issued and received invoices, provides cash inflow forecasts, and reports issues related to accounts receivable collection. Communicates with and requests information from the commercial department and healthcare professionals to ensure timely billing delivery. Calculation of fees and taxes. Maintains all spreadsheet data up to date for generating monthly performance indicators. * Claim denial handling / Collections * Pre-billing, billing, and XML submission via hospital or clinic health plan portals * Knowledge of authorizations * Preferred qualification: Prior work experience in a Psychology/Physiotherapy clinic, including session-based billing. Completed or ongoing degree in Administration or Accounting. Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, and basic knowledge of taxes, fees, and levies.
