Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Varginha/MG region:** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being out in the field, interacting with people, and closing good deals? Key responsibilities include: Prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities) within company-designated regions. Primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. Requirements: * Must reside in Varginha/MG or be fully available to relocate; * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed or in progress) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a track record of achieving quality targets and results; * Experience in maintaining a client portfolio; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
