Data and Performance Analysis Track and analyze adherence to the weekly schedule, conducting meetings and defining action plans for necessary improvements. Resource Planning Ensure that planning and scheduling activities are carried out according to established weekly schedules. Ensure organization of materials and resources in the maintenance workshop for execution of weekly schedules. Schedule and manage resources such as cranes and aerial work platforms (AWPs), recording usage time for each activity. Training and Development Train the planning and scheduling team, promoting continuous training and development with a focus on operational improvements. Team Management Lead and develop the PCM (Planning and Maintenance Control) team, promoting integration among production, maintenance, procurement, reliability, and CPCM departments. Ensure that the operations and production teams fully understand planning, scheduling, and emergency demand workflows, guaranteeing operational efficiency.
