Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing improvements to increase equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency, thereby contributing to operational continuity and reduction of operating costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Define maintenance priorities and schedules, ensuring alignment with operational demands. Ensure that scheduling is performed weekly, promoting alignment among process, operations, and maintenance departments. Structure shutdown and scheduling plans, ensuring execution within deadlines and with minimal impact on operations. Ensure that preventive and predictive interventions indicated by the reliability team are prioritized in the weekly schedule. Service Order and Service Request Management Monitor the opening, prioritization, and closure of service orders in the maintenance management system. Ensure correct registration and updating of all information related to maintenance activities. Guarantee that planners conduct accurate analyses using the GUT methodology (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) to determine priorities. Monitor the backlog of pending requests and the generation of emergency services, ensuring all involved teams understand the workflows. Data and Performance Analysis Track and analyze adherence to the weekly schedule, conducting meetings and defining action plans for necessary improvements. Evaluate the quality of planning deliverables, including resources specified in service orders. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify strategies and opportunities for improvement in maintenance activities. Monitor the time between planning and execution of service orders, seeking to reduce bottlenecks. Resource Planning Ensure that planning and scheduling activities are carried out according to established weekly schedules. Lead the structuring of scheduled shutdown and off-season schedules, identifying required resources and costs. Ensure organization of materials and resources in the maintenance workshop for execution of weekly schedules. Schedule and manage resources such as cranes and aerial work platforms (AWPs), recording usage time for each activity. Training and Development Train the planning and scheduling team, promoting continuous training and development with a focus on operational improvements. Team Management Lead and develop the PCM (Planning and Maintenance Control) team, promoting integration among production, maintenance, procurement, reliability, and CPCM departments. Ensure that the operations and production teams fully understand planning, scheduling, and emergency demand workflows, guaranteeing operational efficiency. Innovation and Technology Implementation Identify and implement technological solutions and innovative processes that optimize maintenance activities. Promote a culture of innovation, seeking opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operating costs. Cost and Budget Management Prepare, manage, and optimize the department’s budget, prioritizing initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. Safety and Compliance Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Monitor safety practices, ensuring equipment and processes comply with regulatory requirements and plant standards. Other Responsibilities Perform job duties in accordance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental norms and procedures, using mandatory PPE and reporting any identified risk to the immediate supervisor. Carry out duties in compliance with company values, policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting corporate information. Maintain discipline in the 5S program, ensuring workplace organization, cleanliness, and standardization. Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, reporting any problem or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
