The professional will be responsible for assisting internal company processes, contributing to the smooth execution of administrative routines and supporting export and import operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the company's administrative and financial routines (documents, spreadsheets, payment tracking, and reports). * Provide support to logistics, procurement, and sales departments. * Assist in communication with national and international suppliers, clients, and partners. * Support the preparation of documents and reports for export and import procedures. * Maintain organization of company files and records. * Provide support to management and operational teams as needed. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (or technical course) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced English (required for communication with international partners). * Valid driver's license (CNH B) is a strong advantage. * Previous experience in export and import will be considered a plus. * Good computer skills (Office suite, email, spreadsheets, and reports). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational sense. **Availability:** * Work will be conducted in the Pombal/PB region, with occasional travel to other company units as operationally required. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Corporate benefits. * Professional and expanding work environment.
