Job Summary: Responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring digital education programs, managing learning paths and content on an LMS platform. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development support Description: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related fields; Reside in or be willing to relocate to Jaguariaíva\-PR; Availability for flexible working hours (trainings and events) and intercompany travel \- when required; Experience with learning platforms (LMS); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint); Familiarity with tools, platforms, and software such as Camtasia, Vyond, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.; Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, agility, and comfort with technology; Desirable: Postgraduate studies (in progress) in Administration, Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related fields; Experience with performance indicators; Basic knowledge of instructional design or UX for learning; IMPORTANT We value transparency in our processes.
