Comprehensive support throughout onboarding and offboarding processes **Responsibilities:** Developing job profiles, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and administering psychological and technical assessments. Facilitating onboarding, monitoring new employees' adaptation, conducting follow-up interviews and providing feedback during the probation period. Requesting and verifying onboarding documents, supporting hiring procedures, conducting exit interviews, and managing KPIs. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology Prior experience in this role Active CRP registration Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
