Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Network Technician with field experience to implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure and IP monitoring systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with implementation and support of IP monitoring networks and systems. 2. Practical knowledge of structured cabling, optical fiber, and IP CCTV. 3. Proactive, organized profile with strong teamwork skills. We are looking for a Network Technician to implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure and IP monitoring systems. We seek a technically skilled, proactive professional with field experience. Responsibilities Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP networks Assembly and organization of network infrastructure (racks, structured cabling) Crimping of network cables (RJ\-45\) Optical fiber connectorization (drop) Installation and configuration of IP cameras (CCTV) Diagnosis and resolution of network failures On-site and remote technical support Requirements Knowledge of TCP/IP networks Experience with Linux (basic to intermediate level) Experience with IP CCTV Practical knowledge of structured cabling and optical fiber Diagnostic and troubleshooting capability Preferred Qualifications Electrical experience Experience in drop fiber installation Driver's license category B Experience in network projects Behavioral Profile Proactivity and sense of responsibility Organization and attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT), Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
