Client advisory services and retention of active clients, including recurring sales Responsibilities You will drive the **expansion of elevator maintenance contract portfolios**, focusing on proactive prospecting and relationship management with the company's existing client base. You will be responsible for acquiring new contracts, ensuring retention of the current portfolio, and selling recurring services such as (repairs, modernizations, upgrades). This is an external role with autonomous scheduling, **reporting\-based on results.** Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in external or consultative sales; * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and goal orientation; * Valid driver's license (Class B) and personal vehicle; * Availability for external work with flexible working hours. Preferred Qualifications * Undergraduate studies underway in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the elevator industry, building maintenance, or technical services; * Experience serving condominiums or property management companies; * Familiarity with CRM systems and post\-sales techniques. Responsibilities and Duties * Proactive prospecting of condominiums, property management companies, and businesses operating elevators; * Scheduling and conducting commercial visits with a consultative focus; * Presenting proposals and negotiating maintenance contracts; * Portfolio advisory: monitoring active clients, identifying new needs, and executing recurring sales of technical services and products; * Preventive actions to ensure contractual retention and contract renewals; * Recording all activities in the CRM system and submitting periodic performance reports; * Supporting the onboarding process for new contracts and collaborating with the technical team during transition.
