Conduct quotations and strategic negotiations with suppliers. Review budgets and cost compositions prior to contracting. Issue purchase orders, contracts, and measurements via Sienge. Develop and approve suppliers. Ensure purchases align with the previously approved budget. Monitor delivery deadlines and supplier performance. Track supply chain indicators and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Ensure procurement and contracting processes comply with internal procedures and requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
