Job Summary: The Senior Systems Analyst will work on projects and system maintenance for personal credit systems, translating business needs into functional requirements and collaborating on the evolution of digital products. Collaboration in the evolution of digital products and support to the development team. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Crefaz is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to: Work on projects and maintenance of systems related to personal credit origination, with entry channels via physical stores, banking correspondents, and API integrations with marketplaces and partner systems. This professional will be responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting the development team, conducting system validations (homologations), and collaborating on the evolution of digital products, working closely with the Product Owner role. * Collaborate with the Products team to design operational workflows. * Gather requirements from end-user areas and business partners. * Specify, detail, and validate user stories with acceptance criteria. * Participate in backlog planning and management (prioritization and refinement). * Conduct system testing and validation (homologation), including with external partners. * Support the Commercial team post\-go\-live for partnerships, clarifying doubts and assisting in resolving operational issues. * Evaluate existing products and services, proposing improvements and enhancements. * Produce training materials, user manuals, and dissemination strategies.
