Focus on organization and productivity A logistics and transportation company seeks an Operational Supervisor in Maringá (South Zone). **Responsibilities:** Monitor and execute loading, unloading, sorting, and verification activities. Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving deadlines. Prioritize shipments according to scheduling and customer SLAs. Maintain yard, dock, and storage area organization. Monitor inbound and outbound goods flow. Lead the shift-based operational team, including verifiers, assistants, and drivers, where applicable. Assign tasks and ensure team productivity. Monitor individual and collective performance. Resolve conflicts and maintain operational discipline. Ensure adherence to working hours, proper use of PPEs, and appropriate conduct. Reduce damages and operational errors. Guarantee accurate cargo verification, including barcode scanning and system entry. Monitor returns and operational handling. Support loss and deviation control. Ensure correct data entry into systems such as SSW or equivalent. Track shipment status and incidents. Support operational traceability. Conduct structured shift handovers. Report issues, delays, and incidents to supervisors or coordinators. Align priorities with the team and leadership. Interact with internal departments when necessary. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operational Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operational Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
