Communicate clearly and adaptively **Job Description:** ---------------------- As part of our Customer Success team, the Training Analyst is responsible for transforming our customers into true experts on our solutions. With a passion for teaching and keen attention to customer needs, you will lead engaging and practical training programs that ensure every user is equipped to extract maximum value from our products. Be the guide our customers need to achieve extraordinary results, strengthening their relationship with our brand in a meaningful and lasting way. A bit more about your day-to-day responsibilities: Plan, organize, and independently deliver comprehensive in-person and online training to empower customers in effectively using the platform they acquired. Demonstrate and deepen knowledge across all modules and functionalities of the platform, ensuring customers understand their practical application. Clarify customer questions during and after training sessions, guaranteeing full understanding of the tool. Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments to enhance quality and impact on the customer experience. Continuously improve training programs based on observed results and feedback received from customers. Communicate clearly, concisely, and adaptively, adjusting communication style according to audience and situation. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ • Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, Psychology, Training and Development, Business Administration, or related fields; • Proficiency with videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) • Experience delivering training; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse profiles, build rapport with customers, and professionally handle sensitive situations. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Familiarity with Google tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Google Docs) Experience and/or knowledge of the SaaS technology sector; Experience in People Management, HR Consulting, or B2B customer service. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Here, you’ll find more than just benefits—you’ll find genuine care!
