Support unit expansion and renovations through technical analyses. #### **About the Role:** The Regional Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities across retail units under their responsibility, ensuring full operation of facilities, equipment, and building systems. This role requires both strategic and operational engagement, guaranteeing process efficiency, operational safety, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards — always aligned with the company’s quality standards. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage regional maintenance teams (in-house and/or outsourced), ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, prioritizing operational continuity and cost reduction. * Oversee maintenance service provider contracts, ensuring execution in accordance with agreed terms. * Track departmental performance indicators (costs, timelines, quality, and equipment availability). * Ensure safety, legal compliance, and adherence to technical standards in all interventions performed. * Propose improvements to maintenance processes, technologies, and practices, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainability. * Support unit expansion and renovations by participating in technical analyses and construction oversight as required. * Conduct periodic store visits across the region to monitor operations and identify needs. #### **Desired Qualifications (Preferred):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). * Solid experience in building and/or industrial maintenance management, preferably in retail or large-scale operations. * Knowledge of contract, construction, and outsourced service management. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical ability and decision-making capability. * Organization and planning skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. #### **Benefits:** Family Health Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones — because well-being starts at home.
