Working with agile methodologies and impact analysis **Job Description:** ---------------------- Cooper Card is looking for a Product Owner (Product Analyst) to manage and evolve digital products, focusing on delivering business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance. This person will be a key link between business areas and technology, ensuring that requirements are well-structured, prioritized, and delivered with quality. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria; Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into structured requirements for the technology team; Act as a bridge between internal departments and the development squad; Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure solution feasibility; Assess financial, operational, and regulatory impacts of initiatives; Monitor integrations with partners and vendors (APIs and systems); Track performance metrics and propose continuous improvements; Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and prioritization). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience in digital product management, as a Product Owner or in a similar role; Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); Analytical ability to assess financial and operational impacts; Knowledge of system integrations and APIs; Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Knowledge of product metrics (KPIs, OKRs); Experience in highly regulated environments. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in the financial sector or payment methods; Experience with regulated products; Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO, or similar). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $4,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: BRL 28.00 per workday; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER TEC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- This position requires 100% in-person work in Maringá \- PR; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
