Responsibilities and Duties Plan and deliver lessons for the corresponding educational segment, in accordance with guidelines and content established by the BNCC and the institution's PPP; Assess students through grading exams or exercises; Conduct in-class activities; clarify doubts; and promote the development of competencies and skills. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Physics, Teacher Education (Licenciatura), or related field. * Ability to design and implement lesson plans. * Capacity to work with diverse age groups and skill levels. * Strong communication skills and empathy. * Availability to work during varying shifts, as required by the institution. Desirable Qualifications * Ability to design and implement lesson plans. * Proficiency in educational technology tools. * Clear and concise communication skills. * Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
