Conduct training, performance monitoring, and work schedule organization. **Requirements**: Prior experience supervising cleaning teams, leadership ability, organizational skills, and a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) (Mandatory). **Preferred Qualifications**: Experience managing large teams (more than 30 employees), Knowledge of hospital, industrial, or corporate cleaning routines, and strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) for control reporting. **Responsibilities**: Lead a team of 10 to 80 employees; Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity; Conduct training and provide guidance; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Additional Instructions**: We seek a responsible, communicative professional with leadership potential.
