We are seeking a proactive, organized, and committed **Operational Assistant**, who will directly support **logistics operations, warehouse organization, and external activities with a tricycle**, ensuring efficient internal workflows and delivery quality. This professional will play an essential role in the company’s day-to-day operations, handling **operational and administrative tasks** across multiple areas. Key Responsibilities: **Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Organization** * Support the **physical organization of the warehouse**, including material placement, sorting, and proper storage; * Assist in **shipping and dispatching goods**, ensuring product verification and correct documentation; * Perform **receiving of machines, parts, and products**, verifying invoices and recording incoming entries; * Monitor **internal logistics flows** to ensure agility and accuracy in operations. **Deliveries and External Activities with Tricycle** * Conduct **deliveries and pickups using the company's tricycle**, following pre-defined routes and ensuring the integrity of transported items; * Carry out **small external services and requests**, maintaining punctuality and organization. **What We’re Looking For:** **Hard Skills:** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative, logistics, or inventory control roles; * Proficiency in Excel and administrative management tools; * Ability to handle documents, invoices, and bureaucratic processes. * Mandatory: Driver’s License Category A * Preferred: Experience operating a motorized cargo tricycle **Soft Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; * Proactivity and problem-solving skills for operational issues; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance * Laundry Credit (60 Minutes) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance – Telemedicine * Weelhub (Gympass) * Wellness Support: Psychologist and Nutritionist **Work Schedule (44 hours/week):** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM (on-site at the warehouse/company headquarters). * Saturdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM – Online Continuous Training (Hi Academy). **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary Employment Type: Full-time CLT Selection Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Are you available to work on-site in Intermares (Cabedelo – PB)? * What is your expected salary? * How long have you held experience in this role?
