Because our greatest achievements have come precisely when we **DARED TO BELIEVE.** Our Values * Faith * Love * Joy * Integrity * Boldness **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively and qualitatively prospect ideal-profile clients (ICP), focusing on companies with potential for recurring purchases. * Identify opportunities and generate new business through consultative and strategic outreach. * Manage the sales pipeline—from initial contact through to conversion—with emphasis on efficiency, speed, and quality. * Negotiate and present technical solutions aligned with customer needs and Neoyama’s portfolio. * Collaborate with external teams (KAMs and engineering) to ensure continuity in relationships and account development. * Record and analyze commercial data, contributing insights for continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge or experience in industrial automation or technical B2B sales.
