Manage a team of up to 3 people **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality of administrative services and processes for low-complexity clients, meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs. * Serve as the focal point between client and company, ensuring efficient communication and delivery of requests. * Monitor performance indicators and support monthly client presentations. * Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity. * Manage consumables inventory and production closure for billing. * Manage a team of up to 3 people. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress. * Must own a personal vehicle. * Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
