




Job Summary: A professional responsible for end-to-end vacancy lifecycle management, monitoring onboarding and offboarding processes, and performing administrative controls, internal communication, and training support. Support for internal communication and organization of training sessions Responsible for managing the vacancy lifecycle, including resume screening, scheduling and tracking interviews, communicating with candidates, and updating internal systems. Monitors onboarding, rehiring, experience evaluations, and exit interviews. Performs administrative controls, document organization, supports internal communication (e.g., birthdays and work anniversaries), requests resources for new employees, and assists in organizing and delivering training sessions.
