Collaboration to continuously improve customer service processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- Theos Ecclesiastical Systems is seeking a Technical Support Analyst specializing in Payroll and Accounting modules. The primary responsibility will be to provide functional support to system users—resolving questions and guiding them through legal, operational, and technical routines based on best practices in accounting and payroll management. We seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, strong communication and teaching skills, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences—particularly third-sector organizations and churches. Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support to users, focusing on Payroll, eSocial, Accounting, and Finance routines; Support users in module utilization by clarifying doubts regarding payroll items, events, admissions, dismissals, leaves of absence, accruals, etc.; Assist clients in correctly configuring and operating the system to ensure compliance with legal obligations; Collaborate with internal departments to resolve more complex cases; Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes by proposing solutions and adjustments based on user experience. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, completed or currently enrolled from the 3rd year onward; Experience with Payroll and Accounting routines; Knowledge of labor legislation and ancillary obligations (especially eSocial); Proficiency with ERP systems and support tools; Strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening ability. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Prior experience in technical support or functional assistance; Familiarity with Digital FGTS, eSocial events, and accounting entries; Knowledge of financial processes, cost centers, and income statement accounts. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $2,100\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- 100% company-paid Health Insurance; 100% company-paid Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Pharmacy Card; Meal and Food Allowance: R$700.00 per month; On-site parking; Daily afternoon coffee. **Work Location:** ---------------------- ECLESIAL SISTEMAS LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 (1:12 lunch break)
