




Job Summary: The Unit Supervisor is responsible for strategic planning, management of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring profitability, and coordinating administrative and operational processes in home care. Unit Supervisor – João Pessoa and Natal * Participate in Strategic Planning, presenting and defending the Branch’s needs; * Execute Strategic Planning by translating it into tactical and operational actions within the work team; * Contribute to achieving the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) indicators defined in the Strategic Plan and aligned with Unit Management; * Ensure profitability through management of technical and human resources; ? Critically analyze performance and budget indicators provided by Finance; * Conduct financial assessments of individual patient cases and overall client portfolios to support decision-making focused on outcomes expected by Home Doctor Group; * Collaborate with operational units and the Nursing Supervisor (alongside Medical Supervision, Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, Speech Therapist) to manage extensions, addendums, and the entire unit authorization process; * Manage submission of report copies for authorization password release; * Define administrative processes that ensure efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining integration with Home Doctor’s processes; * Coordinate / manage the technical area team, including all coordinations and professionals from multidisciplinary teams; * Manage / coordinate Administrative, IT, Logistics, and Pharmacy teams; * Monitor submission of extensions to health insurers and control authorizations; * Approve purchase requests; * Administer and authorize all Unit payments in the Protheus system; * Manage contracts with multidisciplinary service providers; * Validate time card records after review by the Immediate Manager; * Attend meetings with health insurers; * Conduct performance evaluations of Unit Managers; * Respond to requests from the Board of Directors and Superintendencies; * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Postgraduate degree in Management is a plus * Prior experience in Home Care. **Employment Type:** PJ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Work Location:** States – João Pessoa/PB **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel
