Job Summary: Professional to monitor and oversee transportation and event services, manage incidents, and support service scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of transfers and event services 2. Support in developing service schedules and incident management 3. Ability to work in a team and follow procedures #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor arrival and departure transfers of passengers and sightseeing services, taking appropriate actions in case of contingencies (vehicle issues, flight delays, etc.) * Monitor and supervise event-related services (vehicles, drivers, etc.) * Support and assist in developing the service schedule * Submit daily incident reports * Other duties relevant to the position #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of operational and logistics routines. * Ability to work in a team and follow procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Knowledge of route planning. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Prior experience in operations or logistics. * Familiarity with inventory management systems. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan; * Health and Well-being Programs; * Educational Partnerships; * Life Insurance; * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44 hours per week * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
