From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Manage inventory and follow up on COGI items (inventory adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP). * Analyze consumption of inputs, raw materials, or expired products in stock. * Reconcile daily Production Postings \- SOX Control. * Conduct third-party inventory \- Stock Reconciliation, including accounting for losses within the reporting period and reversals or production balance postings as per NC. * Support, guide, and alert Operations during rotating inventory execution. * Address SAP discrepancies between fiscal documents and tax calculations. * Manage purchase invoices, service invoices, and freight invoices (incoming XML management) to prevent invalid invoices or failure to comply with fiscal recording requirements. * Monitor and manage pending invoices (GNF) to ensure no service invoices remain pending return, avoiding improper expense generation and tax penalties. * Ensure SOX control through internal audit routines of the process. * Provide technical support to internal areas and other members of the inbound team. * Manage inbound time for loads transferred between units. * Provide documentary support to internal areas, audits, or inspections. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Competencies** ------------------------- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of area-specific KPIs and management tools Experience with systems and solutions \- SAP Knowledge of KPI definition and dashboard structuring Knowledge of controller functions Familiarity with applicable internal policies, standards, and procedures Apply now and become part of BRF!
