Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in food preparation and organization of the production line 2. Cleaning and sanitization of equipment and utensils 3. Assistance in inventory organization and operational tasks The restaurant is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Campina Grande. **Responsibilities:** Support food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Assist chefs in plating dishes and organizing the production line. Perform cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Help receive, store, and organize goods and inventory. Sort and prepare necessary materials before service begins. Strictly follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Support general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. Assist with other operational tasks as directed by management.
