Job Summary:
A professional responsible for controlling and monitoring construction site equipment, performing inventories, entering data into systems, and preparing reports.

**Job Description:**
Receive, control, and monitor equipment requests and returns from construction sites;
Perform cyclic inventory of group equipment;
Perform data entry and updates in asset management systems.
Prepare reports on the status of asset location tracking.
Monitor the location/depreciation of group equipment;
Process equipment write-offs;
Estimate service provider costs for equipment maintenance (Quotation Map);
Issue Purchase Orders;
Record invoices;
Manage equipment and spare parts inventory;
Monitor request and equipment availability indicators.
**Requirements:**
**Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
**Experience:** Experience in civil construction equipment control (small, medium, and large scale).
**Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); familiarity with ERP systems or asset management software (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
