Job Summary: We are seeking an Event Analyst to plan, organize, and execute both in-person and online corporate events, ensuring memorable experiences and driving business growth. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Event Analyst** to join our Marketing team in **Maringá/PR**. The candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing in-person and online corporate events, ensuring memorable experiences for clients and potential clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Planning, execution, and follow-up of in-person and online events that strengthen relationships and drive business growth. * Commitment to deadlines, budgets, and defined scopes, ensuring excellence from start to finish. * Management of promotional materials, digital invitations, and post-event metrics for measurable outcomes. * Careful selection of vendors, including quotations, negotiations, and contracting—prioritizing quality and efficiency. * Transparent reporting and analysis of strategic performance indicators. * Integrated involvement in marketing strategies, aligning each event with the company’s growth objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising and Publicity, Marketing, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in corporate events, vendor relationship management, and budget management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), marketing automation tools, CRMs, and ClickUp. * Preferred qualifications: Courses in Experience Marketing, Branding, Corporate Etiquette, and Event Logistics. **Additional Information** SVN Investimentos was founded in 2007 in Maringá by Felipe Bernardes and Caio Copetti, and is now recognized by XP Network as the top investment advisory office in Brazil, serving over 39,000 active clients and managing over R$ 30 billion in assets under advisement.
