If you identify with our purpose, shall we jointly envision a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Summary Description:** Control activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones for the project to support fulfillment of requirements established in the contract. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases according to logical sequence, to meet the critical path (sequence of activities with longest duration) established in the construction schedule. * Comply with the execution schedule, meeting stages identified in the construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting on-time delivery. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, illustrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially scheduled and planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend meetings of interface areas under contract with your area of responsibility, to align and identify interferences potentially impacting the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks as per received planning, under supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
