Acts based on operational and safety priorities, providing integrated support to demands from transportation, mining, mine development, infrastructure, and maintenance areas. Acts as the operational leader of the shift at the Control Center in the very short term, promoting effective integration across disciplines and ensuring operational fluidity and maximization of overall results. Continuously monitors operational performance, identifies deviations in real time, implements immediate course corrections, and leverages opportunities for anticipation and productivity gains, always respecting the operation’s strategic guidelines.
