**PREREQUISITES:**
* Completed technical education in: electrotechnology, electroelectronics, electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, or industrial automation;
* Valid Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT) registration (must be active upon assuming the position);
* Valid driver's license for cars (CNH B);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* NR10 certification;
* Residence in Uruguaiana/RS (required upon assuming the position).
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Assist, under supervision, Advanced Stations coordinators in controlling resources (materials, services, vehicles, equipment, etc.), maintaining certifications, and planning and daily monitoring of internal and contracted operational teams, focusing on quality, productivity, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and occupational safety; interact with the Integrated Operations Center (COI), respecting technical criteria for prioritization, execution, reporting, and measurement of services in enterprise systems according to integrity standards and current procedures. When necessary, perform field task oversight, inspection of medium- and low-voltage distribution networks, primary substations, and customer service entrance points, exposed to voltages above 250 volts. Key Activities and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical-operational support to field teams and assist in technical-operational processes of Advanced Stations, keeping them organized, under supervision of the Field Operations Coordinator;
* Inspect distribution networks, electrical assets, primary substations, and customer service entrance points, acting under supervision and observing technical criteria established by regulatory norms and internal procedures;
* Schedule, under supervision of the Coordinator and in integration with the COI, predictive and preventive inspections/maintenance, as well as availability of resources (teams) for other routine tasks assigned to field teams by the COI, adhering to technical criteria for prioritization and execution defined by internal procedures and regulatory norms, always focused on service quality, productivity, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance;
* Interact with and provide technical-operational support to the Operations Center during contingency service execution;
* Monitor service execution performed by internal and contracted teams, observing technical and safety criteria established by regulatory norms, internal procedures, and valid contracts;
* Record and guide operational teams regarding correct reporting of performed services in various enterprise systems, always complying with norms, rules, and internal procedures;
* Handle, under supervision, performance evaluations related to field operations processes and measure services performed by contracted teams under responsibility of Advanced Stations within the area of operation, complying with norms, rules, and internal procedures, ensuring process governance from an audit and compliance perspective;
* Assist in fleet, equipment, PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), tools, inventory materials, etc. control and in measuring field teams' productivity, under supervision of the Operations Coordinator.
