Industrial kitchen experience will be considered a plus. **COOK:** Prepare food under the supervision of a nutritionist to ensure quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation of the meal to be served. Inspect cleaning of equipment and utensils. Assist in requisitioning materials required for food preparation. ASSISTANT COOK: The assistant cook provides direct support to cooks, performing pre-preparation tasks (washing, peeling, cutting) and preparing simple dishes, as well as organizing the workspace and managing inventory. Complies with hygiene and food safety regulations (ANVISA), playing a vital role in kitchen efficiency.
