Analysis, assembly, and configuration of telephone systems Opportunity: **On-Site IT Technician** **Responsibilities**: On-site customer service to resolve issues; Installation and configuration of general equipment and devices, such as computer hardware, peripherals, multimedia devices, and networking devices; Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, related software, and applications; Installation, replacement, and testing of alarm sensors, CCTV, and other asset security equipment; Repairs, testing, analysis, configuration, and component replacement for IT and electronic equipment when necessary; Forwarding IT and electronic equipment for repair under warranty; Analysis, assembly, configuration, and testing of telephone systems; Management of received service tickets according to SLA and routing procedures; Adherence to guidelines and recommendations from the Administrative Headquarters’ Technology Department; Documentation of procedures and solutions to facilitate future diagnostics and issue resolution; Keeping up-to-date with technological trends and advancements relevant to the work environment; Identification of opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** Verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Provision of on-site technical support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction; Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required. **Knowledge and Skills** We seek a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
