Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Receptionist to handle customer service, suite control, key management, order handling, check-outs, billing, cash register operations, inventory management, and goods receipt. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Customer service via telephone and intercom. Monitoring suite cleaning, key issuance, and kitchen order dispatch. Managing check-outs, billing, and cash register operations. Inventory control and goods receipt. \*Requirements:\* Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash register operation skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and service quality. We Offer: \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.607,00; after gaining experience: R$ 2\.100,00 \+ 10% cash register bonus \*Meal Voucher:\* R$ 250,00 (after 3 months) \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 250,00 * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance-based bonus program: bonuses awarded every six months. \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; exact schedule to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shift Hours:\* Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location:\* BR\-158, 98 \- Nossa Sra.
