Then apply on our website for the position you desire. **Come build the future with our cooperative!** CAAL \- Together We Are Strong! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for administrative routines in the department * Currently pursuing or having completed technical training or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. * Document and file organization * Entering, verifying, and recording invoices in the system, ensuring accurate information organization. * Internal customer service and support to administrative areas * Assistance with controls and spreadsheets **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Age between 18 and 24 years old * Knowledge of accounting and administrative routines is a plus **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation allowance. * Unicaal (Corporate University). * Birthday day-off.
