With an extensive portfolio of completed projects, Diefra provides operational and technological support to public and private companies across Brazil. **Join our team!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supporting the Site Manager in decision-making by presenting construction schedules, project progress, and construction advances against the Master Integrated Schedule (MS Project software); * Monitoring and recording execution activities and sequences, issuing daily construction reports, checklists, and safety inspections, and entering related information into the management system; * Assisting in updating the Master Schedule and attack plans by proposing new field-execution-compatible strategies to achieve key milestones in the construction execution schedule; * Monitoring and validating measurement submissions while maintaining records of scheduled payments; * Monitoring, recording, and intervening in non-conforming construction activities (e.g., soil investigations, site installations, civil works, electromechanical and electrical works, commissioning, and handover), immediately reporting any anomalies to the Site Manager; * Compiling field data, organizing information, and developing and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrotechnology; * Proven experience in civil, electromechanical, and electrical activities at energized substations within the National Interconnected System (SIN); * Availability to work on Saturdays; * Residence in Porto Alegre or Gravataí \- RS; * Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Wellhub; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher. **Are you in?** **An amazing team is waiting for you \=)**
