Then apply on our website for the position you desire. **Come build the future with our cooperative!** CAAL \- Together We Are Strong! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for HR department administrative routines; * Document and file organization; * Entry, verification, and registration of invoices in the system, ensuring proper information organization; * Internal customer service and support to administrative departments; * Assistance in updating controls and spreadsheets; * Support for endomarketing and internal communication processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Human Resources; * Must be at least 18 years old; * Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; * Ease of use of systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Logical and numerical reasoning skills; **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation allowance. * Unicaal (Corporate University). * Birthday day off.
