Then apply on our website for the position you desire. **Come build the future with our cooperative!** CAAL \- Together, We Are Strong! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for HR department administrative routines; * Organize documents and files; * Enter, verify, and record invoices in the system, ensuring accurate information organization; * Provide internal customer service and support to administrative departments; * Assist in updating controls and spreadsheets; * Support endomarketing and internal communication processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Human Resources; * Must be at least 18 years old; * Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Comfortable using computer systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Logical and numerical reasoning skills; **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation allowance. * Unicaal (Corporate University). * Birthday day off.
