Construction Manager \- Capex responsible for managing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Develop plans and budgets for construction and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with specifications and deadlines. Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Identify and manage risks associated with construction and infrastructure projects. Communicate with stakeholders, including management, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Approve expenses related to construction and infrastructure projects. Monitor and control the progress of construction and infrastructure projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Complementary courses related to the field of expertise Knowledge of engineering principles and related technologies. Knowledge of standards and regulations related to construction and infrastructure projects. Skills in: Project management, including planning, budgeting, and control. Communication with stakeholders, including management and engineers. Team leadership and resource management. Identification and resolution of issues related to construction and infrastructure projects. **Additional Information** Experience in Capex project management within similar industries, including experience in budgeting, project evaluation, and resource management. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with other departments and areas of the company. Knowledge of public concessions, interfaces with safety and environmental teams, obtaining necessary implementation licenses, fulfilling contractual obligations with reports to the granting authority, and ensuring contract performance parameters.
