**Job Description:** * Operate backhoe safely and efficiently on construction sites and operational services; * Perform excavations, trench digging and backfilling, material loading and removal; * Support maintenance services for utility networks, earthworks, and soil movement; * Maintain equipment condition by performing daily inspections; * Report preventive or corrective maintenance needs; * Comply with safety, environmental, and company internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Valid Backhoe Operator training certificate; * Driver’s license category **C or higher**; * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards. **Desirable:** * Experience in sanitation, infrastructure, or civil construction projects; * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Responsibility and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety; * Teamwork; * Organization and discipline.
