




**Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling); * Assist with timekeeping, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding; * Update employee records and maintain organized files; * Onboard new employees; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support HR management; * Provide administrative support to the HR department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, various work schedules, and benefits procurement; * Familiarity with HR management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Personal vehicle — mandatory requirement; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and discretion when handling confidential information; * Proactive, attentive profile with good teamwork skills. * Preferred qualification: **Previous experience in the Payroll Department** Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you own a personal vehicle?
