Guidance to assistants and operation of equipment Position: Resin Applicator We are looking for a professional to work as a Resin Applicator in our company. If you have experience in this field and wish to join our team, please review the responsibilities and requirements below: **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, for each material, the structure of panels to be resin-coated, determining the required quantities of consumables according to their characteristics and under the guidance of the Resin Application Operator, to ensure proper preparation for the process. * Execute, according to the production schedule, meshing and resin application processes, using specified consumables and following technical instructions, to meet production scheduling, apply standard operating procedures, and maintain quality standards. * Identify, according to the production flow, resin application issues—such as insufficient resin, open cracks, or soft resin on processed panels—report such non-conformities, and perform indicated adjustments or corrections to prevent defects in subsequent stages and rework. * Perform panel finishing according to the production flow, removing excess resin, sanding imperfections, and eliminating mesh burrs, to prepare materials for subsequent processing steps. * Guide resin application and yard assistants in performing operational tasks per defined technical procedures, to ensure quality standards, workflow continuity, and area organization. * Monitor drying oven temperature with a digital thermometer throughout operations, adjusting dwell time or panel sequencing to ensure optimal conditions for resin application. * Monitor the operation of cargo elevators, intervening technically when necessary or upon request from the Resin Application Operator, to maintain continuous production flow and prevent process interruptions. * Operate feeding and unloading robots on the resin application line whenever required, regulating vacuum cups, vacuum pumps, hoses, and sensors; requesting corrective maintenance upon identifying malfunctions, to ensure safe panel handling. * Complete the production sheet with complete information regarding all resin-coated materials whenever requested, accurately entering data into the system to ensure traceability of processed materials. * Contribute daily to workplace and equipment order and cleanliness, properly disposing of generated waste and requesting corrective maintenance when needed, to maintain a clean, safe, and productive environment. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role * Elementary education **Behavioral Competencies:** Commitment Communication Empathy Proactivity
