Approaches customers in a polite and courteous manner, prioritizing their well-being within the service environment. Engages with customers to develop negotiation strategies, aiming to understand them and identify their needs. Offers products and services aligned with each customer's reality, providing comprehensive information to minimize discomfort related to the purchase. Uses digital platforms to retrieve the customer's telephony history and accurately record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Leads the negotiation closure, emphasizing what the consumer has acquired to satisfy their initial request. Follows up and advises customers after the sale to foster loyalty. Actively participates in training programs specific to the area to enhance knowledge and skills, achieving satisfactory performance results.
