The **Brumagran** company operates in the **extraction, processing, and treatment of ornamental stones**, focusing on quality, production efficiency, and sustainable growth.
The company is currently undergoing a strategic phase of **industrial management professionalization**, especially within the **PCP department**, which has historically been managed with a strong operational focus and minimal use of KPIs, standardized processes, and systems.
The current challenge is to establish a **professional, data-driven, cost-conscious, and efficiency-oriented PCP function**, bringing predictability, control, and a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
**JOB OBJECTIVE**
Hire a **PCP Head** to **build the Production Planning and Control function from scratch** at Brumagran, implementing **processes, controls, KPIs, routines, and ERP integration**, transforming a manual operation into a **numbers- and methodology-driven operation**.
This professional will play a central role in **waste reduction**, **cost control**, **inventory management**, and **productivity improvement**.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Strategically structure and lead the **PCP** department
* Implement formal production planning, scheduling, and control processes
* Develop and monitor **production, cost, efficiency, and loss KPIs**
* Implement **rigorous inventory controls** (blocks, slabs, raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods)
* Integrate PCP with the **ERP system**, ensuring reliable and traceable data
* Map actual production costs per stage, product, and process
* Reduce rework, bottlenecks, waste, and unproductivity
* Establish daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring routines
* Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance teams
* Train operational teams to follow standards, processes, and controls
* Sustain a culture of **discipline, accountability, and execution**
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
* Solid experience in **industrial PCP**, preferably in:
* Ornamental stone industry
* Mining
* Heavy industry
* Industrial processing
* Strong expertise in:
* Production planning and scheduling
* Industrial cost control
* Inventory management
* Efficiency KPIs (OEE, productivity, losses, lead time, etc.)
* Practical experience with **industrial ERP systems** (implementation, configuration, or restructuring)
* Proven ability to **implement processes and controls from scratch**
* Analytical profile, data-driven, and decision-oriented
* Technical leadership with a firm and professional stance

* **Contract type:** Individual Entrepreneur (PJ)
* **Start date:** Immediate
* Direct involvement in operations and on the shop floor
**COMPENSATION**
* **Structure:** Fixed + Variable
* **Guarantee:** guaranteed base salary for the **first 90 days**, dedicated to implementing new standards, processes, and controls
* **Variable component:** tied to effective process implementation and **achievement of defined KPIs**
* **Estimated total range:** between **R$ 8,000 and R$ 15,000 per month**, depending on performance and delivered results
Compensation aligned with **actual delivery and operational impact**.
