User training and resolution of technical issues **Job Description:** The External Support professional will be responsible for providing in-person technical support to customers, assisting with implementation, configuration, training, and resolution of questions or issues related to the company's systems and processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person technical and operational support to customers; * Install, configure, and update systems, equipment, or software; * Train users on correct tool usage; * Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; * Record support interactions, incidents, and applied solutions; * Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate requests; * Monitor implementations and ensure proper functioning of solutions at customer sites; * Advise customers on best practices for tool usage and processes. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of technical support, networks, or management systems (ERP, if applicable); * Strong communication and teaching skills for training; * Driver's license category A/B and availability for travel; * Customer service aptitude and problem-solving ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with system implementation; * Knowledge of databases, infrastructure, or ERP systems; * Field service experience.
